How do I track my order?
You can track your order by visiting our Track Your Order page. Simply enter your tracking number to get real-time updates on your shipment’s status.

CHIFENCHY does not store any credit card information on our servers.
⏱️ When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours from the time your order is placed.
🎟️ Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?
No. Promotion and discount codes cannot be combined, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
📦 What if I have missing items in my order?
If any items are missing from your delivery, please contact us immediately at contact@chifenchy.shop so we can resolve it promptly.
🌐 Are there any exchange rates?
All transactions on our store are charged in US Dollars (USD).
If your card is in another currency, your bank will convert the total based on the current exchange rate at the time of processing.
✏️ How do I change or cancel my order?
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order after it's placed. If your order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

All cancellations are subject to a 30% cancellation fee, even if made seconds after ordering, due to merchant processor charges.

Orders that have been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
📮 Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Once your order is processed or shipped, the shipping address cannot be modified.
Please provide a permanent residential address rather than temporary or vacation addresses, as we cannot control how long customs may hold your package.
